FIREC

FIREC is a 4-week, fully online program designed for professionals, creators, and entrepreneurs working in the Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries (CCSI). Organized within the EIT Culture & Creativity initiative and delivered by the Centre of Business Excellence (University of Ljubljana) in collaboration with Kimitisik, the program helps participants strengthen their entrepreneurial mindset, anticipate future trends, and build sustainable, innovative ventures. Throughout four thematic weeks, participants will explore: Week 1: Foresight, Trends & Creative Ideation Week 2: Validation, Business Models & Impact Week 3: Storytelling, IP & Stakeholder Communication Week 4: Sales, Leadership & Go-to-Market Strategy The program includes short e-learning videos, expert interviews, podcasts, and interactive assignments designed to encourage hands-on learning and reflection. All materials are available asynchronously, allowing participants to study at their own pace, with only the opening and closing sessions held live online.
